乳腺癌中人表皮生长因子受体-2的表达与血管生成的相关性
Expression of HER-2 and Its Association with Angiogenesis in Breast Cancer
【摘要】 目的:探讨人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌和癌旁组织中HER-2的表达水平及微血管密度(MVD)。结果:乳腺癌组织中HER-2蛋白的阳性表达率和MVD值与癌旁乳腺组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乳腺癌患者中腋窝淋巴结转移者HER-2蛋白的阳性表达率和MVD值与未转移者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同组织学分组乳腺癌患者HER-2阳性差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),乳腺癌患者TNM分期Ⅲ期组中HER-2阳性表达率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组。结论:HER-2在乳腺癌中表达上调,在乳腺癌的发生、发展及血管生成过程中发挥重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) and its association with angiogenesis in breast cancer. Methods:The expressions of HER-2 and the value of microvessel density (MVD) were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry in 98 cases of breast cancer and 56 cases of neighboring noncancerous tissue. Results:The positive rates of HER-2 in breast cancer was higher than that in the neighboring noncancerous tissue (P <0.05). The expression of HER-2 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). The expressions of HER-2 and the value of MVD were significantly higher in poorly differentiated group than those in well-differentiated and moderate-differentiated group (P < 0.05). The expression of HER-2 was positively correlated with the tumor size. The expression of HER-2 was higher in Ⅲ-stage group than that of Ⅰ-Ⅱ-stage group. Conclusion: The expression of HER-2 is up regulated, which plays an important role in incidence, development and angiogenesis of breast cancer.
