石油套管热处理性能可靠性的研究

【摘要】 石油套管的热处理大多采用连续自动的方式生产,热处理后产品性能检验通过抽检方式进行,不可能100%产品性能得到验证,严格控制热处理生产过程的各个相关因素是保证钢管性能稳定可靠的关键。通过采取有效措施,从热处理生产线的性能特点、维护和使用、热处理工艺和质量管理、生产人员管理等方面进行严格控制,确保了产品性能可靠,得到用户充分认可。

【Abstract】 The heat treatment of oil casing was usually adopted at automatic continuous production. The performance of the product after heat treatment was inspected with sampling method, which could not verify 100% product performance. Strictly controlling relevant factors during heat treatment was crucial to ensuring stable and reliable pipe performance. Strict control was conducted by the adoption of limited measures, in aspects of the characteristics, maintenance and operation of the heat treatment line, heat treatment process, quality control and production staff management. Hence, with reliable performance the product was well received by the customer.
