【摘要】 目的:评价干预前后围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理性以及综合干预措施的效果,为临床提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对随机抽取2008年1—6月(非干预组)和2009年1—6月(干预组)各110例围手术期预防用药进行统计和分析。结果:干预后本院预防用药合理性评价的多项指标有了明显改善,规范了品种选择,缩短了用药疗程,给药时间以及联合用药合理性可明显提高。结论:实施综合干预措施可明显提高预防用药合理性,干预措施具有可行性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of intervention measures on preventative application of antibiotics during perioperative period.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted with medical histories of 110 cases who had not been affected by intervention measures during perioperative period in the first half of 2008 and those of other 110 cases who was compliant with intervention measures during perioperative period in the first half of 2009,respectively.The data was statistically processed and analyzed.Results:Several indicators for rational use of antibiotics reflected the improvement of rationality for antibiotics application,and the course of treatment was shortened.Conclusion:The intervention measures advocated by our hospital is both necessary and practical,and promote the level of rational drug use.更多还原
