【摘要】 高等教育内涵式发展战略,要求高等教育结构面向社会需求进行优化调整,层次结构是高等教育结构的重要组成部分,其与社会需求的不适应性表现为风险。近年来层次结构的潜在风险逐渐趋于明显。目前,我国高等教育层次结构风险主要表现为,层次结构对有效经济增长的促进作用不显著及层次结构与产业结构的切合性不理想,应从层次结构的整体层面、个体层面以及国家宏观调控层面进行相应的风险管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The connotative development strategy of higher education requires that higher education structure should optimize and adjust itself according to social demands.As an important part of higher education structure,hiberarchy presents an insufficient adaptability to social demands which can be defined risk.However,the potential risks of hiberarchy increase gradually.Through the risk analysis,two major risks were discussed,which including the insufficient acceleration of hiberarchy in promoting effective economy growth and unsatisfactory adaptability between hiberarchy and industry structure.Based on the quantitative characteristics of risks,some suggestions were pointed out from integral,individual level of hiberarchy and state macro-control perspective.更多还原
