β-Ca2P2O7/CaSO4陶瓷的制备和体外降解研究
Study on preparation and in vitro degradation of β-Ca2P2O7/CaSO4 multiphase ceramics
【摘要】 将β-焦磷酸钙和无水硫酸钙2种粉体进行复合,制备出β-焦磷酸钙/无水硫酸钙(β-Ca2P2O7/CaSO4)复相生物陶瓷.研究了β-Ca2P2O7和CaSO4的比例和烧结温度对复相陶瓷气孔率、体积密度和相组成的影响,结果表明:随着CaSO4含量的增加,复相生物陶瓷的气孔率升高,体积密度降低;随着烧结温度的升高,复相陶瓷的气孔率降低,体积密度升高,并出现β-磷酸三钙晶相.950℃烧结的不同配比试样的动态体外模拟降解实验表明:CaSO4含量高的试样降解失重大,随着降解时间的延长,降解失重速率降低;所有样品表面均沉积了羟基磷灰石,CaSO4含量越高,产生明显羟基磷灰石沉积的降解时间越短.
【Abstract】 The β-calcium pyrophosphate/calcium sulfate(β-Ca2P2O7/CaSO4) multiphase ceramics were prepared by compounding β-Ca2P2O7 and CaSO4 powders.The effects of β-Ca2P2O7/CaSO4 mol ratio and sintering temperature on the porosity,bulk density and phase composition were studied.The degradation behavior of the ceramics which were sintered at 950 ℃ with different β-Ca2P2O7/CaSO4 mol ratio was analyzed.The results showed that with the increasing of CaSO4 content the porosity increased and the bulk density decreased.With the increasing of sintering temperature the porosity decreased,the bulk density increased and β-tricalcium phosphate phase appeared.The results of in vitro degradation in dynamic environment proved that hydroxyapatite deposited on the surface of the ceramics.With the increasing of CaSO4 content,the degradation mass loss increased and degradation time of clear hydroxyapatite deposition decreased.
