【摘要】 为山东省优质黄芪新品种的鉴定和推广种植提供依据,以传统黄芪栽培品种为对照,研究了泰黄芪1号新品系在泰安和莱芜的生育期、植物学性状、抗病性、产量及经济性状。结果表明:泰黄芪1号生育期比传统黄芪延长9～12d;生长旺盛,整齐度高,须根、侧根少,外观品质及商品性好;平均产量达1187.6kg·666.7m-2,比对照平均增产12.02%,差异达显著水平(P<0.05);白粉病和根腐病发病率最低,分别为27.15%和7.7%。选育的新品系泰黄芪1号生育期长、产量高、抗病性强且表现高产和稳产,可进一步参加省区域试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was to provide the basis for the registration and popularization of new varietyof Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.with good quality in Shandong Province.Traditional cultivated Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.was used as CK,growth period,botanical characters,plant disease resistance,yield and economic characters of new variety of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.(Tai huang qi 1) in Taian and Laiwu were investigated in thrice by contrast.Tai huang qi 1 growed bloom and the growth period was delayed 9~12 days,it had regularity of hight,lower fibre,lower lateral roots,character of exterior appearance and good quality;the yield was significantly higher(P<0.05) than CK,being 1 187.6 kg·666.7 m-2 in average and increasing by 12.02% than that of CK;the morbidity of incidence of disease of powdery mildew and root rot resistance decreased into 27.15% and 7.7%,respectively.Tai huang qi had long growth period,concordant economic character,good prolific-acy and strong disease resistance,which could be experimented at the provincial regional test further.更多还原
