残留溶剂对聚酰亚胺气体分离膜性能的影响

【摘要】 以3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)和2,4,6-三甲基-1,3-苯二胺(TMMPD)为单体,以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,通过低温缩聚-化学亚胺化法合成酮酐型聚酰亚胺(P(IBTDA-TMMPD));在303~423 K温度下对制备的聚酰亚胺均质膜进行真空后处理,考察溶剂残留量变化及其对膜气体透过性能和分离性能影响.结果表明:经303~373 K真空热处理后,均质膜失重约占全部处理过程中总失重的80%.在373~423 K真空处理过程中,聚酰亚胺膜残留溶剂量变化趋于平稳;当溶剂残留率为1.74%时,膜对H2气体透过系数及H2/N2、O2/N2的理想分离系数达到最大值;当溶剂残留率为0.95%时,膜对H2、N2、O2及CH4的透过性能均下降,而CO2透过系数及CO2/CH4、CO2/N2理想分离系数出现极大值.

【Abstract】 Polyimide(PI) derived from BTDA-TMMPD was synthesized in NMP by the low temperature solution co-polymerization method.The PI membrane was treated under the 303-423 K in vacuum oven to investigate the relationship between residual solvent and gas separation property.The results show when treated under the 303-373 K,the membrane loses approximately 80% of total residual solvent,and when treated under 373-423 K,the residual solvent loses of the membrane tends to be stable.The permeability of H2 and the ideal separation factors of H2/N2,O2/N2 could reach a maximum value at residual solvent rate of 1.74%,when residual solvent rate is 0.95%,the permeability of CO2 and the ideal separation factors of CO2/CH4,CO2/N2 reach a maximum value coinciding with the decrease of permeability of H2,N2,O2 and CH4.
