摆线齿轮误差的测量及修形量计算

【摘要】 摆线齿轮的齿形误差和修形量是影响摆线减速机及油泵性能的重要参数.针对摆线齿轮齿廓曲线的特点,提出以极坐标径向跟踪方式测量全齿廓误差.为了满足被测齿轮的旋转与测头同步运动的实时跟踪测量要求,采用带有圆光栅的精密转台和直线电机构建测量装置并设计了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)器件的数据采集、控制系统.使用该测量装置对摆线齿轮进行了测量,并采用傅里叶变换的方法对摆线齿轮的修形量进行求解,利用与等距修形和移距修形有关的谐波幅值进行计算,减小其他误差对求解摆线齿轮修形量的影响,具有一定的精确度.

【Abstract】 Tooth profile error and the amount of modification of cycloidal gear are important parameters that affect the performance of cycloidal reducer and pump.Based on the characteristics of the cycloid gear tooth profile curve,the radial tracking mode with polar coordinate was proposed to measure the whole tooth profile error.In order to meet the need of measured gear rotation and the corresponding probe movement in real-time tracking,a precision turntable with circular grating and a linear motor were adopted to build measuring devices and the data acquisition and control system was designed based on digital signal processor(DSP) and field-programmable gate array(FPGA) devices.The cycloidal gear was measured with this measuring device,and the amount of modification of cycloidal gear is calcu-lated with Fourier transform method,in which harmonic amplitudes related to equidistance modification and moved distance modification were harnessed for calculation,and the impact of other errors on cycloid gear modification was also reduced,achieving a certain accuracy.
