【Abstract】 This paper firstly discusses how to find out the scientific questions of the foundation projects from engineering practice.And then,using the application of natural science foundation projects as an example,the paper expounds such problems as topic selection,title confirmation,and application writing,and analyzes the review,modification and re-application,etc.更多还原
