TiO2光触媒降解甲醛影响因素的分析

【摘要】 以天津城市建设学院环境工程有限公司生产的TiO2光触媒来降解2%甲醛溶液,研究了TiO2光触媒降解甲醛的影响因素,包括光触媒用量、光源种类、光照强度和光催化载体.研究结果表明:光照强度越高和在紫外灯照射下,降解甲醛效率越高;加大光触媒用量能加快降解速率;光催化载体对降解效率没有影响.

【Abstract】 This paper studies the influencing factors of TiO2 photo-catalytic degrading formaldehyde,including catalyst dosage,light types,light intensity and photo-catalytic carriers by degrading the 2% formaldehyde solution with the TiO2 photo-catalytic produced by Environmental Engineering Company of Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction.The results show that the higher the illumination intensity and lighting by the ultraviolet lamp,the higher the efficiency of degradation formaldehyde could be;increasing the dosage of TiO2 photo-catalytic can speed up degradation rates;photo-catalytic carriers have no effect on degradation efficiency.
