【Abstract】 Because of the large investment,long payback period,and poor financial indicators of the urban rail transit,it is worthwhile to rationally determine and effectively control the investment in the urban rail transit.The determination and control of the investment requires a scientific and comprehensive valuation system.However,the engineering valuation systems of different cities vary in the quota selection,the quota level,and some other costs,bringing negative effects on the determination and control of the investment in the urban rail transit.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to establish a new valuation system.更多还原
