【摘要】 对制造业现代工艺管理水平做出客观的、科学的、全面的评价,有助于制造业工艺管理健全、统一、有效,进而规范化、系统化,为提高制造业的竞争力提供必要的保证。现代工艺管理水平评价对制造业经营具有重要意义。以轨道交通装备制造为背景,对轨道交通装备集团公司企业现代工艺管理水平评价内涵进行了研究,筛选提出了现代工艺管理水平评价指标体系,研究了基于层次分析法的评价指标权重设定方法、基于模糊综合评价的轨道交通装备集团公司企业现代工艺管理水平评价方法、基于雷达图的轨道交通装备集团公司企业现代工艺管理水平评价分析方法。基于B/S模式,采用JSP和MS SQL SERVER数据库,研发了基于网络的计算机辅助轨道交通装备集团公司企业现代工艺管理水平评价原型系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluatiy objective,scientific,comprehensive for contemporary technology and process management level of manufacture can help manufacture improve process management,unified,effective,and then standardized,systematic,and provide the necessary guarantees of to enhance the competitiveness of manufacture.Evaluation of manufacture technology and process management level is very important on manufacture business.With railway transportation equipments manufacture as background,the content of contemporary technology and process management level evaluation of group is studied.And its norm index system is sifted and proposed.The methods are studied including AHP-based setting method of evaluation index weight,based on fuzzy evaluation method of the group company evaluating contemporary technology and process management level of subordinate enterprises,and based on radar diagram evaluation and analysis method of the group company.A prototype system is studied and designed which is the contemporary technology and process management level evaluation prototype system of railway transportation equipments manufacture,web-based computer-aided,based on B/S mode and used JSP and MS SQL SERVER database.更多还原
