槭叶蚊子草挥发油成分GC-MS分析

【摘要】 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对槭叶蚊子草的挥发油进行化学成分分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从槭叶蚊子草中提取挥发油。按峰面积归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了24个成分,占挥发油总量的48.18%以上。本试验首次对槭叶蚊子草中挥发油进行了分析,为槭叶蚊子草的进一步开发提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The chemical components of the essential oil from Filipendula purpurea Maxim were analyzed by GC-MS.The essential oil was extracted from Filipendula purpurea Maxim by steam distillation.The amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method.The components separated were identified by GC-MS.There were 24 components that were composed of about 48.18% of the total essential oil being separated and identified.It is the first for the investigation and provides scientific data for further study.
