【Abstract】 Tutor system which has obvious advantages,adapted to the development needs of primary education in the late 18th early 19th century Britain and other capitalist countries.It promoted the spread of the education and the process of the education civilians.Trace the origin of this form,it has been the originator of this idea in ancient China,and expanded and developed in the form of " little Mr.system " in the 1930s of china.This paper studies the origin and development of tutor system,really hope it will serve for the educational reform and practice in moment,education management and construction of the students thinking.更多还原
