【Abstract】 Nanjing Kuomintang Government carried out the profound transformation to the legal system of divorce which reached a higher level of form.The transformation not only reflected the influence of Western cultures on modern Chinese society,but also reflected the social changes of the transition period.Although the law which was not established with proper regard to the social reality of China then represented some advanced values and reconstructed the value system and people’s ideologies.So the significance of the legal system in guidance was still noticeable.更多还原
