光强对药用植物天竺葵挥发性物质影响的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 研究不同光强对药用植物天竺葵叶片化学成分的影响.采用索氏法提取,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对其组分进行分析.结果显示光照强度会影响天竺葵叶片所含化学成分的种类及含量.天竺葵叶片化学成分的种类随光强的减弱而增加,处理一、二均为30种,而对照只有8种.随光强减弱叶片组分数目增加,同一组分的含量有不同程度降低.

【Abstract】 The purpose of our study was to analyze the change in the content and compositions in leaves of Geranium under different light intensity.The essential oils were obtained by Soxhlet extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) after sampling.The results showed that the content and compositions in leaves of essential oils of Geranium were greatly different under different light conditions.The kinds of composition identified in the contrast group were less than the other two types of shading.There were 31 kinds of compounds in the group with one-story shading,and the two-story shading,while only 8 kinds in the contrast group.Moreover,the content of each composition in the contrast group were generally higher than those in the shading groups.
