国际房地产税制对我国房地产税制改革的启示
【摘要】 文章针对我国房地产税制存在的问题,借鉴国际房地产税制的经验,提出我国房地产税制改革的思路。
【Abstract】 The article analyzed problems of China’s real estate tax system,learn from the experience real estate tax system characteristics of countries in the world,and put forward the idea of China’s real estate tax reform.
