【Abstract】 This paper summarized the background of the current economic and social development,the challenges facing the current economy and society.The conclusions are as followed: the basic idea to dealing with the challenge are enhancing innovation capability,building a service-oriented government,and establishing the equity-oriented social system which set channels to express public opinions.更多还原
