【摘要】 在已有研究的基础上,基于数据获取的便利性,构建一套科技企业孵化器综合绩效的评价指标体系.探索了硬件环境、软件环境、服务能力、发展潜力和绩效产出5个指标之间的关系,根据我国部分国家级企业孵化器的统计数据,利用AMOS软件建立结构方程模型并对模型进行计算和求解.根据得到的因子载荷和路径系数确定各个评价指标的权重.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper developed a Structural Equation Model(SEM) to evaluate the performance of S&T Business Incubator.Based on previous research,we built an index system of the performance of S&T Business Incubator for prompt data collection.Then five indexes including hardware environment,software environment,service capabilities,potentials and performance are explored,a model based on AMOS is developed,and its calculation and solution are made.Besides,the weight of evaluation index based on factor loading and path coefficient is presented.更多还原
