闽江梯级电站对水环境的影响
Preliminary study on effects of Min River cascade hydropower stations on water environment
【摘要】 从闽江流域历年主要污染物排放量、控制断面水质浓度和径流量变化三者之间关系入手,针对闽江梯级电站开发程度较高,而且绝大多数电站建成投产于1993年以后的特点,根据水体自净机理,分析梯级电站对闽江水环境的影响。结果表明:闽江梯级水库对污染物质的层层拦蓄,在相当程度上减轻了下游与河口地区污染物总量,对缓解下游与河口地区污染危害起到了积极的作用;但过量污染物长期排放,沉积的底泥对水库水质将产生深远的影响,最后提出了保护水生态环境的建议。
【Abstract】 The development of the Min River cascade hydropower stations has reached a high level,and most of the hydropower stations have been completed since 1993.Starting with the relation between the main pollutants being emitted into the Min River,the water quality concentration in control sections,and the runoff change,the effects of the Min River cascade hydropower stations on the water environment were analyzed based on the water self-purification mechanism.The results show that the pollutant interception by the Min River cascade hydropower stations reduces the pollutant amount in the downstream and estuary areas,and sediment has a profound effect on the reservoir water quality due to long-term excessive emission of pollutants.Some suggestions for protecting the water ecological environment are put forward.
