【摘要】 客户端运动控制指令程序是用户根据控制器生产商提供的程序指令系统编写的应用程序。在分析GALIL指令的语法和特点的基础上,介绍了GALIL指令编译器的实现方法。通过采用文件映射技术解决了超大客户端运动控制指令程序的编辑和编译问题,并在自主开发的客户端界面上实现了GALIL指令编译器。文中还给出了高性能独立式运动控制器的GALIL指令程序加工实验结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Client motion control instruction programs are those application programs written by clients with motion instruction systems from motion controller manufactures.By analyzing the GALIL instruction grammar and features,this paper presents an implementation method used for GALIL instruction compiler.The problem under editing and compiling toward very big client motion programs is solved with file mapping technique.The client instruction compiler is effectively inserted in a self-developed graphic user interface.A machining example is presented to demonstrating the correctness for the developed client instruction compiler.更多还原
