【摘要】 目的建立心可宁胶囊中羟基红花黄素A的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:Kro-masil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μL);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液(26∶2∶72);检测波长:403 nm;柱温25℃;流速1 mL.min-1。结果羟基红花黄素A的回归方程为y=248478 x+149,R=0.9999(n=6),线性范围:12.52~137.72μg.mL-1平均回收率为99.08%,RSD为1.13%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可作为心可宁胶囊的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an method for determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Xinkening capsules.Methods:The HPLC analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μL) with mobile phase of CH3OH-CH3CN-0.5% H3PO4 water solution(V∶V∶V=26∶2∶72),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 403 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results:The Hydroxysafflor yellow A of recursive equation was:y=248478 x+149,R=0.9999(n=6).The linearrange of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 12.52～137.72 μg.mL-1,and the average recovery was 99.08% with RSD=1.13%.Conclusion:This method is practicable,convenient,precise and reliable.It can control the quality of xinkening capsule effectively.更多还原
