尾叶香茶菜化学成分的研究
The Chemical Constituents of Isodon excisa (Maxim.) Hara.
【摘要】 目的研究尾叶香茶菜地上部位的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并结合化合物的理化性质与波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为KamebacetalA(Ⅰ);GlaucocalyxinA(Ⅱ);Ex-cisaninB(Ⅲ);Maslinic acid(Ⅳ);β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterran)(Ⅴ);胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol)(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Isodon excisa(Maxim.)Hara. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated based on the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were obtained and five of them were elucidated as KamebacetalA(Ⅰ);GlaucocalyxinA(Ⅱ);ExcisaninB(Ⅲ);Maslini cacid(Ⅳ);-Sitosterran(Ⅴ);Daucosterol(Ⅵ). Conclusion CompoundsⅡ and Ⅳ were obtaind from this genus for the fist time.
