【摘要】 目的建立壮药依肝达颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素的含量。结果薄层色谱分离度好,专属性强。槲皮素的线性范围为0.058～0.58μg(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均回收率为103.82%,RSD=0.84%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可有效控制壮药依肝达颗粒的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard for Yiganda Granules. Methods TLC was used for qualitative identification.The content of quercetin was determined by HPLC. Results The result of TLC was separable and specific.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.058~0.58 μg(r=0.999 8,n =6) for quercetin.The average recovery was 103.82%(RSD= 0.84%,n =6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,specific,reproducible and can be applied to the quality control of Zhuangyao Yiganda Granules.更多还原
