【摘要】 目的研究雷打果的生物碱类成分。方法运用多种层析方法进行分离及纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从雷打果茎皮中分离得到6个化合物,分别为:meloscandonine(I),scandine(Ⅱ),tabersonine(Ⅲ),11-hydroxytabersonine(IV),19S-vindolinine(V),vincadifformine(VI)。结论 6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the alkaloids from Melodinus yunnanensis. MethodsColumn chromatography techniques were applied for the isolation and purification of the crude alkaloids.The structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. ResultsSix compounds were isolated and identified as meloscandonine(I),scandine(Ⅱ),tabersonine(Ⅲ),11-hydroxytabersonine(Ⅳ),19S-vindolinine(V),vincadifformine(Ⅵ). ConclusionAll compounds were isolated from the species for the first time.更多还原
