化淤通络胶囊对气虚血淤脑缺血大鼠血液流变学的影响

【摘要】 目的观察化淤通络胶囊对气虚血淤缺血性中风大鼠模型血液流变学的影响。方法将动物分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、假手术组、化淤通络胶囊大剂量组、化淤通络胶囊中剂量组、化淤通络胶囊小剂量组,中西医结合造模后,用药组给与化淤通络胶囊,再进行血液流变学检测。结果①化淤通络胶囊组对缺血性中风血液流变学确有显著调节作用;②化淤通络胶囊大、中、小剂量组对各指标影响无显著性差异,提示临床以小剂量为宜。结论化淤通络胶囊治疗缺血性中风具有确切疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects on hemorrheology of the ischemia apoplexy rats model by eliminating haemostasis and freeing channels capsule. Methods(1) Animal Division: Healthy male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into six groups: control group,model group,sham operation group,eliminating haemostasis and freeing channels capsule of high dose,moderate dose,low dose groups.There are 10 in each group.Each rat was weighed and marked,and was given a basic amount of forage of 40g/kg per day.(2) Establishing the model with etio-evil-caused disease on T.C.M.and western medicine.From the day the model was establised,each medication group was administered medicine once a day,for 10 days with the same dosage and the blood were tested there after. Results ① The three Huayutongluo capsule groups really had remarkable control action to hemorrheology of the ischemia apoplexy.② No notable difference was shown when comparing the groups with the Huayutongluo capsule of high dose,moderate dose,low dose administration,indicating the clinical practice by the small dosage(0.4g/kg.d) was suitable. Conclusion The treatment of patients with ischemia apoplexy by eliminating haemostasis and freeing channels capsule is undoubtedly.
