【摘要】 目的观察消郁安神胶囊对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠海马神经元形态的影响。方法对抑郁模型大鼠灌胃消郁安神胶囊,然后观察大鼠的空间学习记忆行为和海马神经元形态。结果慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠空间学习记忆能力明显下降,还能使海马CA1区和CA3区锥体细胞层变薄,细胞排列紊乱、疏松,胞浆尼氏体减少,并且出现大量神经元缺失,药物组动物改善明显。结论消郁安神胶囊能抵抗抑郁模型大鼠海马神经元的形态改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of XiaoYuAnshen Capsules on hippocampal neurons morphology in chronic stress. Methods The model rats depression group were administered XiaoYuAnshen Capsules,and then the abiliy in spatial learning and memory and hippocampal neuron morphology were observed. Results Chronic stress induced learning and memory impairment,hippocampal CA1 and CA3 pyramidal cell layers became thin and arranged disorderly,and number of cytoplasmic Nissl bodies decreased.Xiaoyu Aashen capsules could significantly alleviate above abnormal changes. Conclusion XiaoYu Anshen Capsules can reduce morphological changes of hippocampal neurons in chronic stress.更多还原
