【摘要】 目的考察樟帮炮制与药典炮制白芍饮片对原发性痛经解痉、镇痛、活血作用的差异。方法采用热板法、醋酸扭体法评价镇痛作用;测量凝血时间及出血时间考察对血液系统的影响;造大鼠痛经模型,记录炮制品拮抗缩宫素对子宫平滑肌兴奋作用。结果不同白芍炮制品均有镇痛,延长凝血、出血时间,抑制缩宫素诱导子宫平滑肌收缩作用,与药典白芍炮制品比较,樟帮白芍炮制品对上述改善作用明显。结论白芍樟帮炮制品的解痉、镇痛、活血作用优于药典炮制品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect on primary dysmemorrhea between Zhangbang concocted paeony pieces and Chinese Pharmacopoeia concocted TGP.Methods Hot-plate test and acetic acid writhing method were adopted the coagulation function,and to evaluate the analgesic effect,blood clotting time and bleeding time were measured to study the coagulation ASB240U biological information acquisition system was adopted to record the tension of isolated rat uterine.Results Different paeony processed products had effects of analgesia,extending the blood clotting time,bleeding time promoting blood cirulation and inhibiting oxytocin-induced uterine smooth muscle contraction,compared with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia paeony,effect of Zhangbang concocted paeony were obvious.Conclusion The antispasmodic,analgesic,promoting blood effects are stronger than the Chinese Pharmacopoeia concocted paeony.更多还原
