【摘要】 目的深入认识马蹄香治疗病毒性肠炎的有效成分和作用机制。方法应用LC-10A高效液相色谱仪-蒸发光散射检测器液相色谱法(外标法)测定了马蹄香散剂和5种治疗胃肠病药物中低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖含量。结果低聚果糖在马蹄香、复方谷氨酰胺和参苓健脾胃颗粒中的含量高,而蒙脱石散、盐酸小檗碱片和L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠中没有检测出。低聚半乳糖在蒙脱石散中的含量非常高,马蹄香中的含量也比较高,复方谷氨酰胺和参苓健脾胃颗粒盐酸含量低,而小檗碱片和L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠没有检测出。结论马蹄香散剂中低聚果糖含量高,蒙脱石散和马蹄香中低聚半乳糖含量高,马蹄香治疗病毒性肠炎的有效性可能是通过低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖促进肠道益生菌增多改善胃肠功能来实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To furtherly realize the effective agents and active mechanism which the Valeriana Jatamansii Jones treated the viral enteritis.Methods The contets of fructo-oligosaccharide(FOS) and galacto-oligosaccharide(GOS) in Valeriana Jatamansii Jones and 5 drugs treated gastrointestinal diseases were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with external standard substance.Results The content of FOS was high in Valeriana Jatamansii Jones,compound glutamide and Shenling Jianpiwei granules and low in montmorillonite powder,berberine hydrochloride tablets and L-glutamine sodium gualenate granules.However,the content of GOS was high in montmorillonite powder and Valeriana Jatamansii Jones.The content of GOS was relatively rich in compound glutamide and Shenling Jianpiwei granules and was poor in berberine hydrochloride tablets and L-glutamine sodium gualenate granules.Conclusion The content of FOS is rich in Valeriana Jatamansii Jones and the content of montmorillonite powder and Valeriana Jatamansii Jones.The efficiency which treated the viral enteritis may be by FOS and GOS to improve gastrointestional microflora and functions.更多还原
