【摘要】 目的统计分析2005-01~2009-06间国内期刊中有关系统性红斑狼疮的专业文献,以期为这一领域的研究者提供参考。方法利用《中国生物医学文献服务系统-中国生物医学文献数据库》进行主题词检索,采用文献计量学方法进行统计分析。结果共检索文献4101篇,其中论文数量较2005年以前增长明显,研究热点内容及趋势较前有所变化。结论我国SLE的研究力量仍以风湿病学、皮肤病学、肾脏病学三大学科为主;狼疮性肾炎及自身抗体始终是研究的热点,但亦有不少新的研究主题涌现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference to researchers in SLE by metrological analysis of literatures on systematic lupus erythemotosus(SLE) reported from Jan.2005 to June 2009 in China.Methods Bibliometrics was applied to perform statistical analysis based on literatures from "Sino Med-Chinese Biomedical Literature Database" by keywords search.Results Among a total of 4101 literatures,the quantity increased significantly since 2005 while the research hot contents and trend over previous had changed.Conclusion The SLE study in China still emphasis on rheumatology,dermatology and nephrology.Lupus nephritis and autoantibody has always been a hot research though a number of new research themes have emerged.更多还原
