基于VOXEL-MAN平台天池穴的三维可视化研究

【摘要】 目的通过建立内含天池穴三维形态结构的可视化人体模型,进一步探讨穴位的三维重建的方法和进针的安全性。方法基于VOXEL-MAN平台结合腧穴解剖知识,利用计算机图形图像学技术对天池穴相关肌肉组织进行交互式分割,对神经血管以数学建模的方式进行重建;以运行脚本的方式来获取天池穴的三维进针动画。结果完成了相关解剖结构的分割与可视化,实现了天池穴在可视人体中的定位与表达。结论数学建模有助于立体显示天池穴的解剖结构和逼真模拟针刺过程,从而可为探讨穴位进针的安全性、提高临床针刺疗效奠定较好的基础。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore both the security of needle-inserting and the method of 3D reconstruction of points by reconstructing digitalized three-dimensional(3D)image of Tianchi(PC1) in visible human mode1,t.Methods Muscles and other tissues were segmented by applying co-interactive segmentation method based on computer graphic technology;nerves and blood vessels were reconstructed by establishing mathematic model and the needle-inserting animation of PC1 could be obtained by running script file.Results During the 3D needle-inserting animation of PC1,the spatial location between all kinds of tissues including nerve and blood vessels and the needle body could be observed systematically.Conclusion Building mathematic model can solve the problem of observing the spatial structure of PC1.Stereoscopic visualization of the anatomic structure of points and the needle-inserting process can not only improve the clinical effect of acupuncture but also establish well basis for security of needle-inserting.
