正交实验法优选慢结片的提取工艺

【摘要】 目的优选慢结片的最佳提取工艺。方法以干膏率、盐酸小檗碱提取量为评价指标,选择加乙醇浓度、溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,利用L9(34)正交实验确定慢结片的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇提取3次,10倍量提取2h、8倍量提取1h、8倍量提取1h。结论优选出的提取工艺简单、可行,适应药厂生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To make the optimum process conditions of extraction for Manjie tablets.Methods Applying optimum extraction of Manjie tablets coptidis with berberine hydrochloride and dry-paste as marker was investigated by orthogonal design.Results The optimal process conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol 70%,reflux-extraction for 2hrs with 10 times volume,1hr with 8 times,1hr with 8 times.Conclusion This method is simple and applied rightly in mass production and it can provide the references for Manjie tablets for its further investigation.
