【摘要】 生命周期理论由卡曼于1966年首先提出,后来在各个领域得到广泛运用。本文运用大学学科生命周期理论,对我校教育经济与管理学科进行分析,研究该学科的生成、生长历程以及各个阶段的特征,分析该学科的发展现状:学科研究方向、学科梯队、学科物质条件及学位点建设、学科组织结构与内部管理,探索学科生长期的发展策略,为其他学科的发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Life-cycle theory was first pointed out by A.K.Karman,and later widely used in various fields.Using the life-cycle theory of university discipline,this paper tries to analyze the discipline of Educational Economy & Management in our school,to study the formation and growth course and the characteristics in each stage of the discipline,and to research the current situation of the development: the research orientation,Academic echelon,material condition and degree programs,organization structure and internal management of the discipline,and the exploration of the long-term development strategy,in the hope of providing experience and reference for the development of other disciplines.更多还原
