【Abstract】 Starting from the urban heritage,the paper systematically studies the ideas and principles,framework and strategy of the urban historic and cultural heritage protection,proposes five principles of the urban heritage protection,including integrity,diversity,dynamics,heritage and participation,and then constructs the protection framework and development strategies of the urban heritage which are suitable for the times.It is the aim of the paper to propose new ideas for the protection and development of the urban cultural heritage.更多还原
