【摘要】 [目的]观察保元桃红合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]将80例随机分为两组,对照组40例常规西药治疗,重症患者皮下注射低分子肝素治疗。治疗组40例保元桃红合剂水煎服,西药治疗同对照组。两组均2周为1疗程。观察胸闷痛、心悸、气短、失眠变化,心电图及血清生化指标。治疗1个疗程(14d)进行疗效判定。[结果]胸闷痛、心悸、气短等主要症状显效率、总有效率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);静息心电图改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);血清生化指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]保元桃红合剂对改善冠心病心绞痛临床症状、心电图和低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇(LDL-C)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平方面有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To assess the efect of Baoyuan,taohong mixture in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.[Methods] 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 40 patients with conventional western medicine,patients with severe subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin.Treatment group of 40 patients Baoyuan,taohong mixture Shuijianfu,western medicine with the control group.Both groups were 2w course of treatment.Observation of chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath,insomnia,changes in electrocardiogram and serum biochemical parameters.A course of treatment(14d) to determine efficacy.[Results] Chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath and other major symptoms were efficient,the total effective treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Resting ECG’s improvement-the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Serum biochemical parameters in both groups improved(P<0.05),treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Baoyuan,taohong mixture to improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris,ECG,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL—C)、C-reactive protein(CRP) levels have a significant effect.更多还原
