【摘要】 [目的]观察自制复方葛根口服液的疗效和安全性。[对象]将符合ICD-10的精神分裂症诊断标准[1]的120例患者随机分为两组。[方法]分别服用自制复方葛根口服液与氟哌啶醇治疗12周。[结果]复方葛根口服液组与氟哌啶醇组显效率分别为68.33%,70.00%,两组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过锥体外系副作用检测分析(P<0.01)两组间有非常显著的差异。[结论]自制复方葛根口服液治疗精神分裂症疗效好且无毒副作用,适合临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the homemade compound gegen oral curative effect and security.[Object]Will meet the icd-10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia[1]120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.[Method]Compound pueraria taking home-made oral and haloperidol for 12 weeks.[Results]Pueraria oral compound was effective group and haloperidol group were 68.33%,70.00%,between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).after detection of extrapyramidal side effects(P<0.01) between the two groups there was a significant difference.[Conclusion]Homemade compound gegen oral is effective treatment of schizophrenia and non-toxic side effects,suitable for clinical application.更多还原
