【摘要】 [目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤加减配合依达拉奉治疗急性脑脑梗塞疗效。[方法]将54例急性脑脑梗塞患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组27例采用依达拉奉治疗,治疗组采用半夏白术天麻汤加减配合依达拉奉治疗,1个疗程后(10天)观察急性脑梗塞的改善情况。[结果]中西医结合治疗的总有效率92.6%。[结论]运用半夏白术天麻汤配合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Edaravone Injection treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients.[Method]54 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.On the basis of routine treatment control group,27 cases Edaravone Injection treatment group with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Edaravone Injection therapy,a course of treatment(10 days) to observe the improvement in acute cerebral infarction.[Results]The Integrative Medicine of the total effective rate was 92.6%.[Conclusion]The Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Edaravone Injection satisfied with the treatment of acute cerebral hemiplegia.更多还原
