【Abstract】 South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is a huge and complex systematic project.The author analysed its impact and damage on the eco-environment and economic development caused by the local climate condition,geographical structure and pollution source.Based on this,the author held that it is better to construct Han-Dan eco-economic circle by speeding the upgrading of industry structure and transformation production methods on the basis of eco-green economy,eco-tourism economy and high-tech of environmental protection,with pollution-control as the breakthrough and with construction of intensive ecological family as the pivot and with establishment of the state compensation system as driving force.更多还原
