【摘要】 目的:了解孤独症的临床特征和早期特异性症状。方法:使用孤独症一般资料及发育情况问卷和婴幼儿期孤独症评定量表(CHAT)收集524例儿童孤独症的特征和早期症状。结果:起病月龄平均为57.31(7.6～46.5)个月,病程平均为36.6(0.4～152)个月;就诊时平均月龄为57.31(11～180)个月,母孕期阳性发现及分娩时合并症发生率较高,各发育指标普遍较正常儿童延迟;早期特异性症状为交会性注意,扮演性游戏以及对他人的情感反应缺陷。结论:重视特异性早期缺陷症状有可能2岁前能诊断干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the general characteristics, the early clinical manifestation in the children with autism. Methods We collected the general data by the Questionnaire of the General Characteristics and the development condition in the autism families, assessed retrospectively the early symptoms with Checklist Autism in toddlers(CHAT). Results Altogether 524 autistic patients were included, whose average age at consulting was 57.31(7.6-180)months, and the average course was 36.6(0.4-152)months. Early symptoms in infantile autism mainly include the shortage of joint attention, pretend play and affective response to others. Conclusion Attaching importance on these specific deficit symptoms,We would diagnose and treat autism earlily.更多还原
