【摘要】 目的:分析比较培美曲塞与吉西他滨联合铂类一线治疗晚期肺腺癌的近期疗效和不良反应,探讨方案的可行性。方法:2008-2010年收治的晚期经病理学证实的肺腺癌51例,按治疗方案随机分为两组:培美曲塞联合顺铂组23例,培美曲塞500mg/m2dL,顺铂75mg/m2,dL,常规水化,利尿;吉西他滨联合卡铂组28例,吉西他滨1000mg/m2dL,d8,卡铂常规剂量AUC=5,dL。化疗2周期后进行疗效评价及不良反应评价。结果:两组客观缓解率和疾病控制率差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;培美曲塞组各项不良反应的发生率高于吉西他滨组,但未达统计学差异。结论:培美曲塞联合顺铂一线治疗晚期肺腺癌的疗效与吉西他滨联合卡铂的疗效相当,且耐受性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the short-term efficacies and side effects of pemetrexed plus cisplatin and gemcitabine plus carboplatin for advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods Thirty-three patients with lung adenocarcinoma were divided into two groups.One received pemetrexed(500 mg/m2,d1) plus cisplatin(75 mg/m2,d1)(n = 23) and another received gemcitabine(1 000 mg/m2,d1,d8)plus carboplatin(AUC = 5,d1) treatment.The efficacies and side effects were assessed after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Result There was no significant difference of objective response rate,disease-controlling rate,and the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed plus cisplatin and gemcitabine plus carboplatin for lung adenocarcinoma are both effective.更多还原
