三七总皂苷兔胸膜腔应用对胸膜炎症反应的影响
Effect of intrapleural Panax Notoginsenosides on rabbit pleural inflammation reaction
【摘要】 目的:研究三七总皂苷兔胸膜腔应用对胸膜炎症反应的影响。方法:白兔胸膜腔注射四环素建立胸膜炎症反应模型,然后注射三七总皂甙溶液作为实验组,检测不同时间胸腔积液生化指标和血管内皮生长因子。14d时取胸膜组织作Masson染色后镜下观测。结果:27只兔完成实验。(1)胸腔积液生化特征实验组蛋白质含量减少,下降时间提前,白细胞数值72、96h明显降低,葡萄糖含量随时间推移逐步增高,三项指标与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳酸脱氢酶含量随时间变化逐渐降低,差异无统计学意义性。(2)血管内皮生长因子在各时刻点实验组胸腔积液中含量低于模型组,差异有统计学意义。(3)Masson染色可见实验组间皮细胞下的蓝绿色区域较模型组变薄,胶原纤维减少。结论:三七总皂苷可减少胸水中血管内皮生长因子的产生,减轻胸腔积液炎症特征,减轻胸膜炎症反应,抑制胶原产生。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of intrapleural Panax Notoginsenosides on rabbit pleural inflammation reaction.Methods Inject solution of tetracycline hydrochloride into whit rabbit pleural cavity to establish model of inflammation reaction of pleural.then inject solution of Panax Notoginsenosides as experimental group,Deteced biochemical criterion and vascular permeability factor of hydrothorax on different time.14 days latter,got pleural tissues,made Masson staining and observed collagen fibers under microscope.Results 27 rabbits which completed the experiment.①biochemical criterion of hydrothorax On experimental group,the contant of protein was reduced,the time of decreasion bring forward;the leukocytes number obviesly reduced on 72 hour and 96 hour;The contant of glucose increase progressively with time.Compair with model group,All these three index had significant different(P < 0.05).② The contant of vascular permeability factor of experment group each time was lower than model group,the different was significant.③ With Masson staining,the blue green area under mesothelial cells of experiment group was thinner than the model group,collagen fibers decreased.Conclution Panax Notoginsenosides could reduce the generation of vascular permeability factor in pleural effusion,lighten the inflammatory characteristics of pleural effusion,reduced the inflammatory reaction pleurisy,inhibited of collagen production.
