【摘要】 目的探讨湖南地区不同年龄、不同前列腺体积血清中总前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)及fPSA/tPSA水平,并评价年龄和前列腺体积与上述指标水平的相关性。方法应用ELISA法测定689名40~89岁男性血清tPSA和fPSA水平及fPSA/tPSA比值,同时应用两个变量间的直线相关方法统计年龄和前列腺与各PSA水平的相关性。结果 40~49岁组前列腺体积(ml)、tPSA(ng/ml)、fPSA(ng/ml)、fPSA/tPSA分别为(12.4±2.9)、(0.79±0.18)、(0.21±0.17)、(0.33±0.13);50~59岁组为(19.7±5.8)、(1.39±1.03)、(0.43±0.37)、(0.31±0.15);60~69岁组为(26.7±8.4)、(2.32±2.50)、(0.69±0.49)、(0.30±0.16);70~79岁组为(31.2±10.1)、(2.82±2.87)、(0.87±0.52)、(0.32±0.14);80~89岁组为(32.3±14.3)、(3.16±2.90)、(1.03±0.96)、(0.31±0.17)。结论年龄、前列腺体积与PSA水平有直接相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the levels of total PSA(tPSA),free PSA(fPSA) and fPSA/tPSA ratio among men with different ages in Hunan,and to analyze the correlation between age,volume of prostate and PSA indexes. Methods Serum tPSA and fPSA were measured by ELISA and fPSA/tPSA ratio was calculated in 689 men aged between 40 and 89 years.The correlation between age,volume of prostate and PSA indexes was analyzed by simple linear regression. Results Volume of prostate(ml),tPSA(ng/ml),fPSA(ng/ml),and fPSA/tPSA ratio in the age group of 40～49 years were(12.4±2.9),(0.79±0.18),(0.21±0.17),and(0.33±0.13),respectively;those in the age group of 50～59 years were(19.7±5.8),(1.39±1.03),(0.43±0.37),and(0.31±0.15),respectively;those in the age group of 60～69 years were(26.7±8.4),(2.32±2.50),(0.69±0.49),and(0.30±0.16),respectively;those in the age group of 70～79 years were(31.2±10.1),(2.82±2.87),(0.87±0.52),(0.32±0.14),respectively;those in the age group of 80～89 years were(32.3±14.3),(3.16±2.90),(1.03±0.96),and(0.31±0.17),respectively.
