【摘要】 目的比较他克莫司(FK506)和环孢素A(CsA)对肾移植患者术后糖、脂代谢影响。方法 93例肾移植患者按FK506或CsA为主要免疫抑制剂的不同分为FK506组和CsA组,对两组术后3个月、6个月和1年的血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、血脂变化进行比较。结果 FK506组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均较CsA组低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而PTDM发病率和胰岛素抵抗指数两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾移植术后应用FK506与CsA相比,具有相近PTDM发生率及胰岛素抵抗指数,而高脂血症的发病率明显降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects between tacrolimus(FK506) and cyclosporin(CsA) on lipids and glucose metabolize in renal allograft recipients. Methods There were 93 renal recipients involved in the study,among which 45 received CsA treatment and 48 received FK506 treatment.The serum lipids,glucose and homeostasis model assessment(HOMA) were compared between the two groups,and the main follow-up time points were three months,six months,and one year post-transplantion. Results The mean levels of the serum cholesterol and triglyceride in FK506 group were both lower than those in CsA group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But no statistically significant difference was found in the incidence rate of HOMA and insulin resistance between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions CsA and FK506 are similar in terms of the effect on posttransplantation diabetes mellitus(PTDM),and FK506 is superior to CsA with respect to their effects on serum lipids.更多还原
