【摘要】 目的分析广东省江门市2003-2010年恶性肿瘤疾病谱的发病状况、死亡构成比及危险因素,探索其流行规律。方法对恶性肿瘤的发病率人口学资料的构成比及死亡顺位等指标进行回顾性分析。结果气管支气管肺恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率的构成比居恶性肿瘤首位,且呈逐年上升的趋势。40-50岁年龄组为恶性肿瘤发病高峰年龄段,职业为工人、农民的恶性肿瘤发病率构成比为67.8%。结论做好一级预防,加强对恶性肿瘤的防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the disease status,death proportions and risk factors of spectrum of malignant tumors based on the cases in Jiangmen,Guangdong from 2003 to 2010,and explore its epidemic law.Methods The demographic composition of the incidence of malignant tumors and corresponding death rates were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence and death rate of the tracheobronchial and lung cancer ranked first,which showed an increasing trend.The age group of 40~50 years had the highest incidence of malignant tumors.The composition ratio of cancer incidence of workers and peasants was 67.8%. Conclusions We should provide primary prevention and improve the prevention and treatment of cancer.更多还原
