【摘要】 目的观察心理治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致排卵障碍的临床疗效。方法选取门诊PCOS所致排卵障碍不孕患者200例,随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各100例,两组患者均经二甲双胍+达英-35调内分泌治疗三个周期后用来曲唑促排卵,并同时进行精神状态评分,其中治疗组同时给予心理治疗。结果两组患者治疗前均患有焦虑或抑郁症状倾向,相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组在进行心理治疗后焦虑或抑郁症状评分均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在成熟卵泡出现率、排卵率、妊娠率方面,治疗组高于对照组,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在流产率方面,治疗组低于对照组,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗对PCOS所致排卵障碍不孕排卵率、妊娠率高,流产率低。此方法简单、方便、经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of psychotherapy to cure Ovulatory disorder caused by Polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 200 cases were selected form out-patient and were randomly divided into 2 groups: 100 cases in treatment group,the other 100cases in control group.Both groups ovulated induction with Letrozole,marked mental state score and gave psychological to the treatment group after three cycle’s treatmeng with diane-35.Result All patients had symptoms of anxiety or depression and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);in the rate of mature follicles appear ovulation rate,pregnancy rate respects,there were significant difference(P<0.05);In the abortion rate,the treatment was lower than the control group and there were significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying psychotherapy to cure infertility caused by PCOS ovulatory disorders showed ovulation rate and pregnancy rate is higher,miscarriage rate is lower and this method is simple,convenient,economical.更多还原
