【摘要】 目的评估开展减低毒品危害、促进针具交换艾滋病防治项目以来对当地警察的艾滋病防治知识培训的效果。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用匿名方式进行调查。使用横断面调查和分层分析的方法对2005年、2008年当地警察的艾滋病防治知识水平进行比较。结果 2008年、2005年两次横断面调查显示当地警察的艾滋病防治知识平均得分分别是7.12、7.67分,但由于两次调查的对象在性别、年龄上差异有统计学意义,不宜直接比较其防治知识得分水平。经分层比较表明,2008年当地警察的艾滋病防治知识水平较2005年有所提高。结论通过开展减低毒品危害、促进针具交换艾滋病防治项目和对警察的全员培训,当地警察的艾滋病防治知识水平有所提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge training for local policemen aided by syringe and needle exchange program.Methods Designing the questionnaire fit for local policemen and conducted them filling in the anonymous questionnaire.Comparing the HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge level in local policemen in 2005 and 2008 by cross-sectional study and character-stratify analysis.Results The cross-sectional studies show that the mean of the score of HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge in local policemen in 2005 and 2008 is 7.12 and 7.67 separately.However,the means should not be compared directly due to the different characters among local policemen in 2005 and 2008.The way of character-stratify analysis should be used to compare the knowledge level in local policemen in 2005 and 2008.The result of character-stratify analysis indicates that the knowledge level of HIV/AIDS prevention in local policemen in 2008 is higher than that in 2005.Conclusions Local policemen’s HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge level was enhanced by the training covers all the local policemen which aided by syringe and needle exchange program.更多还原
