【摘要】 目的通过铅中毒患者的病例对照研究,探讨铅毒作用对机体血压、血脂和心功能的影响。方法对20例轻度铅中毒与30例中度铅中毒患者血压、心电图、血脂、心肌酶检查结果进行分析。结果铅中毒患者的收缩压与舒张压、异常心电图检出率及血脂及心肌酶结果均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性铅中毒可致血压升高、心功能紊乱、甚至心血管功能性损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of lead poisoning to the body’s blood pressure,blood lipids and cardiovascular functions through a case-control study of lead poisoning patients.Methods The blood pressure,ECG,blood lipids and myocardial enzyme test results of 20 patients with mild lead poisoning and 30 patients with moderate lead poisoning were analyzed.Results Both systolic and diastolic pressures of the lead poisoning patients were significantly higher than those of the control group,the same outcomes were detected in blood lipids,myocardial enzyme and the detection rate of abnormal ECG(P<0.05).Conclusions Chronic lead poisoning may cause overt clinical symptoms of rising BP,cardiac dysfunction,or cardiovascular function damage.更多还原
