【摘要】 目的了解衡阳市艾滋病综合防治效果,为今后开展艾滋病综合防治提供经验和资料。方法调查分析2005-2009年每年新发现感染者数量、高危人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率、高危行为率,评价防治效果。结果 2005-2009年期间,在监测力度、检测人数逐年增加的情况下每年新发现感染者数量逐年减少,艾滋病防治知识总知晓率吸毒人群由2005年的56.71%提高到2009年的86.73%,暗娼从59.21%提高到86.73%,吸毒人员最近一次注射吸毒共针率由2005年的68.49%下降至2009年的30.45%,暗娼最近一次性服务的安全套使用率由2005年58.75%上升至2009年90.26%。结论衡阳市艾滋病综合防治特别是对吸毒人群干预效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of AIDS comprehensive prevention and control in Hengyang,and to provide the experience and data for developing AIDS comprehensive prevention and control in future. Methods The data about the new reported cases,the knowledge level and high risk behavior among risk groups from 2005 to 2009 were collected and analyzed annually.The effectiveness of AIDS prevention and control was evaluated. Results It was showed that the new reported cases declined,and the total awareness rate of AID-related knowledge in drug users and sex workers went up to 86.73% and 86.73% in 2009 from 56.71% and 59.21% in 2005.The sharing needle rate of drug users declined to 30.45% in 2009 from 68.49% in 2005.The condom use rate at the last sex in sex workers increased to 90.26% in 2009 from 58.75% in 2005. Conclusions AIDS comprehensive prevention and control effect in Hengyang has been achieved,especially in drug users.更多还原
