【摘要】 目的探讨S100A9在急性髓系白血病中的表达及意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术和免疫印迹(Western blotting)方法,从62例急性髓系白血病和12例非恶性血液病骨髓中,检测S100A9 mRNA及蛋白表达情况,分析S100A9在急性髓系白血病中和非恶性血液病表达差异及临床关系。结果急性髓系白血病组S100A9的mRNA及蛋白表达均低于非恶性血液病组(P<0.05),并且S100A9在治愈的AML中表达升高(P<0.05)。结论 S100A9在急性髓系白血病中表达降低,S100A9表达水平可能是急性髓系白血病进展判断的重要标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical value of S100A9 in acute myeloid leukemia. Methods RT-PCR and Western blotting were performed to detect the mRNA and protein of S100A9 in acute myeloid leukemia group(n=62) and non-hematologic malignancies group(n=12). Results The mRNA and protein of S100A9 in acute myeloid leukemia group were both lower than those of non-hematologic malignancies group(P<0.05),and the expression levels of S100A9 were up-regulated in the cured AML(P<0.05). Conclusions S100A9 shows lower expression in acute myeloid leukemia compared with non-hematologic malignancies,and the expression levels of S100A9 might be a useful prognostic marker for judging disease progression of AML.更多还原
