【摘要】 目的探讨血管介入治疗在重度产后出血中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2002年9月-2009年9月我院56例重度产后出血患者行血管介入治疗的情况。结果 51例患者栓塞成功,手术时间短,止血速度快,无严重并发症。术后随访6~60个月,全部患者月经恢复正常。17例患者已分娩。结论血管介入可以有效治疗重度产后出血,创伤小、恢复快、安全可靠,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of vascular intervention on severe postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Fifty-six cases of severe postpartum hemorrhage treated by vascular intervention from September,2002 to September,2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fifty-one cases were successfully treated by embolization,which had a short operation time,immediate hemostasia and no serious complications.During the 6～60 months follow-up period,all patients’ menstruation became normal and 17 cases were delivered. Conclusions Vascular intervention can effectively treat severe postpartum hemorrhage,with the advantages of minimal damage and rapid recovery.It is safe,reliable and worthy of recommendation in clinical practice.更多还原
